Studio X Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • Anyone making a booking or a guest(s) of the person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bookings of 2 hours or less will require a non refundable payment in full.
  • A separate Security Deposit will be required at the time of booking (for the first 3 bookings after which a security deposit will not be required unless requested) This deposit can be held in escrow for future bookings or until the Security Deposit is no longer required.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 1 day before the scheduled session. If you book on the same day suitable arrangements can be agreed.
  • Failure to pay your booking balance up to 1 working day ahead of your booking or as agreed, will be viewed as a late cancellation and you may lose your Security Deposit and booking time slot
  • The Security Deposit will be returned in full within 3 - 5 working days of check out time upon satisfactory inspection of the property and facilities and providing booking terms are adhered to.   • Studio X is limited to 4 people per booking this includes the person making the booking. Any other guests must be agreed with Studio X prior to booking. After the booking has started no other guests will be allowed to attend or enter the property.
  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer. Paypal and all major Credit and Debit cards. A transaction fee of 5.5% will be charged when paying but Paypal or Credit Card..

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • All booking deposits are non refundable unless a cancellation is requested 14 days before the booking date. If this is the case a full refund will be given.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original session date and are subject to availability. Any rescheduling of bookings after the 7 day time frame are permitted at Studio X's discretion.
  • Any refunds that are issued will be paid within 3 - 5 working days.

3. Studio Rules and Conduct

  • Please read the Studio X etiquette document carefully before starting your session.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the shooting areas without prior permission.
  • Studio X reserves the right to terminate a session if any client or guest exhibits inappropriate behavior.

4. Image Rights and Usage

  • Studio X retains the copyright to all images produced by our in-house photographer during the session.
  • Studio X reserves the right to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

  • Studio X is not liable for any personal injury or property damage occurring during the photography session.
  • In the event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, Studio X's liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made.

6. Privacy

  • Client personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Studio X reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

By booking a session with Studio X, you agree to these terms and conditions.
