Age Requirement - The person making the booking and all accompanying guests must be at least 18 years old.
Guest Charges (more than 2 people including the booker) Additional guests will be charged at £40.00 per person.
Payment Terms - Full payment is required at the time of booking, regardless of the duration of stay.
Payment Methods - Our online booking system is the primary method of payment. For alternative payment arrangements, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at bookings@studiox.london
Capacity and Guest Restrictions - Maximum capacity is 4 people per booking, including the lead booker. Additional guests must receive prior approval from Studio X. No additional guests will be permitted to enter the property once the booking period has commenced.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Booking cancellation more than 1 week before booking: Full payment refund or transfer to another booking within 1 month.
Booking cancellation between 7 days but no less than 48 hours before booking can be rescheduled to another time within 1 month.
Booking cancellation within 48 hours of booking: Payment is forfeit; a new deposit must be paid for the next booking.
Any refunds that are issued will be paid within 3-5 working days.
3. Studio Rules and Conduct
Please read the Studio X etiquette document carefully before starting your session.
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests.
No food or drinks are allowed in the shooting areas without prior permission.
Studio X reserves the right to terminate a session if any client or guest exhibits inappropriate behaviour.
4. Image Rights and Usage
Studio X retains the copyright to all images produced by our in-house photographer during the session.
Studio X reserves the right to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability
Studio X is not liable for any personal injury or property damage occurring during the photography session.
In the event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, Studio X's liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made.
6. Privacy
Client personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Studio X reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
